Training? People? Magic.

DSPs Doing Good On Tour is a live training + community event for DSPs, frontline supervisors, and provider teams who are carrying a lot — and deserve a lot more than another energy drink, gas card, or "thank you for picking up."

Real tools. Real connection. Real appreciation. For the people who keep showing up.

It's not a boring compliance training.

It's not a conference where people sit quietly and pretend they're fine.

DSPs Doing Good On Tour is a high-energy, real-talk training experience built for the people doing the actual work: supporting clients, managing hard moments, covering shifts, communicating with families, handling behaviors, and trying to stay human in the middle of all of it.

Event FAQs

If your question is not answered here, We're happy to help!

Who should attend?+

Any Direct Support Professional, supervisor, QIDP, trainer, director, or agency leader who supports DSPs. Every session is built for both frontline staff and the people who lead them.

What can I expect from the DSP sessions?+

Real-world strategies, storytelling, recognition, and tools you'll actually use on Monday. Energetic, honest, and built around the unpredictable life of a DSP.

What's included in the leadership session?+

A focused midday cohort for supervisors and admin staff: strategy, culture-building frameworks, and tools to retain great DSPs.

Do I need to attend all three sessions?+

No — pick what fits your schedule. Many agencies send their morning DSPs to the 8am-12pm session, leadership to the 1-3pm, and evening DSPs to the 4-8pm.

Can DSPs attend more than one session?+

Yes. Each ticket is per-session, so the same person can buy both DSP slots for a full-day experience.

Can I bring my whole team?+

Absolutely. The 'Bring Your Crew' bundle gets you 5 DSP tickets plus 1 free Leadership Lab ticket.
